- Our packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.
- Every order has a tracking number, we immediately send you the tracking number once your order is prepared for shipment. Make sure you email is correct.
- Shipping and Billing address must MATCH!
- Make sure your address is complete. Include any apartment numbers. If you don't the carrier can deny delivering your package.
- You can track your package through the shipping email we will send you, USPS.COM, or by calling them directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
Please understand that we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. We will do our very best in confirming accurate delivery, but please contact your local authorities and postal office.

- We only replace items if we have sent you the wrong items.
